As of Monday May 19th, DNA’s Pilates Equipment will be available to rent to apparatus Certified Instructors ONLY

Extra Props: Ankle straps, Balance board or wobble board, Balance discs, Bars (2), Dumbbells 1lb through 30lbs, Magic circles (2), Multi size balls, Resistance bands w/handles, Small weighted balls: 2.2lbs, 8lbs, Therabands, Yoga mats.

Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9:00am – 10:00pm
Fees
1 session*: $20 (only valid at time of purchase)
11 sessions* for $200 (11th session free) (valid for 90 days from date of purchase, no refund available)
*sessions are one hour

Pre-rental Requirements
Certified Instructors must provide DNA with the following:

a copy of liability insurance, with Dance New Amsterdam as a rider.
a copy of a valid Pilates apparatus certificate.
a signed copy of the rental agreement between DNA and the Certified instructors, available through Florence Baratay

Certified Instructors will not be able to rent the equipment until all the paper work has been completed.

Renting the equipment
2 Certified Instructors will be able to book 1 hour session at the same time.
The equipment may be booked by phone or in person, please contact our front desk at 212-625-8369 ext 200 or 246, or stop by DNA.

Payment Policies
If booking more than 48 hours in advance: payment must be received 48 hours prior to rental time.
If booking less than 48 hours in advance: payment is required at time of booking. NO EXCEPTIONS

Methods of Payment
cash or check (made to: Dance New Amsterdam)
credit card: Mastercard, Visa, Amex (payment over the phone: $2 surcharge)

Cancellation Policies
Certified Instructors must cancel 24 hours in advance in order to receive credit*.
If the Certified Instructors do not cancel within 24 hours, the Certified Instructors will be charged for the hour.
*credit will be valid for one (1) month from date of cancellation
