The Theater at Dance New Amsterdam is a 130-seat performance space with state of the art light and sound systems. It is non-exclusive, sharing its space with DNA School and Programs for professional classes during the week. Food, drinks, hard shoes and smoking are not allowed in the theater.

Rental Rates

Rental: $200/hour (4 hour minimum per day)
Box Office Setup: $150 for 1 performance; $40 for each additional performance
Projector: $150 for 1-day rental; $120 for multiple day rentals

Reception Space (Gallery or Lobby) Rates

$100/hour (2 hour minimum)
Includes space, two tables, and one reception manager

Hours of Availability

Monday — Friday: 4:00pm — 11:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am — 11:00pm

Booking & Payment Policies

A security deposit is required to secure the dates and times of the rental. This deposit will be returned in full to the rental upon approval of the DNA Rental Manager. The entire rental fee is due prior to the rental period.
